Room was well-equipped and staff very very helpful and excellent. Feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, good bed.

Our whole experience was such great, would recomand. We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 6 nights, nonetheless everything was perfect. The room was comfy and gorgeous included a fridge, a writing table, and ironing facilities. Need to add that sunset view was a good bonus.

Clean and perfect hotel, excellent staff and good beds. Cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar and coffee/tea makers in the room, marvellous and amazing location.

Loved Cancun, the hotel was perfect and fine right beside the shopping center La Izla. There were coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator in the recently renovated room. It faced sunset. The location was FAVOURABLE - next to the La Isla Mall/Shopping streets. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Venue district.

Well-equipped and newly renovated rooms combined with clean facilities. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

A little slow staff!

Conveniently located near a popular shopping center with a stunning pool. Room was clean, comfortable, and had modern decor. Friendly staff provided excellent service. Close proximity to restaurants and easy transportation. a great choice for a pleasant stay.

The hotel with well-equipped and recently renovated rooms, in a brilliant area, close to the restaurants we visited. Extra care from the really helpful and very very helpful staff. Good choice of reasonably priced food.

Comfy beds, amazing rooftop views. Helpful Rene, best staff member. Public beaches opposite, buses easily accessible. Water provided near lifts. Good location.

We stayed in an exceptionally nice room that had a fridge, tea/coffee making equipment, and a seating area. The hotel has marvellous and amazing location so close to the airport, the restaurant and Mexico. Furthermore, to get to a public beach.

Rooftop pool area and friendly staff. Convenient location near shopping mall and restaurants. Free parking and new facilities. Helpful and friendly entrance staff. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Chic and modern design. Good water pressure in the shower. Kind and accommodating staff

The accommodation and location at Canopy were fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep during our stay. The rooftop area was absolutely amazing and provided the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near public beaches and has easy access to local attractions via bus transportation. Lastly, we must mention Rene, the standout staff member who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
